Celebrating a Year of Togetherness, Inclusion, and Achievement
As we approach the end of another incredible academic year, we want to take a moment to reflect on and celebrate

everything that makes Rosebrook Primary School such a special place.
This year has been full of proud moments, meaningful progress, and shared successes – all rooted in our strong
sense of togetherness and inclusion, and guided by our school values:
DREAM – Determination, Respect, Enthusiasm, Ambition, and Mindset.
Here are just some of the highlights we’re excited to share with you:
OFSTED Rated GOOD – A Whole-School Success
Following our recent inspection, we are thrilled to announce that Rosebrook has been rated
GOOD by OFSTED! Inspectors praised the safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment we’ve
created together – where children feel valued, supported, and inspired to succeed.
This is a true testament to our amazing staff, fantastic children, and the support of our families.
Thank you for being such an important part of this achievement.
IQM Centre of Excellence – Inclusion Recognised
We’re incredibly proud to have been awarded the Inclusion Quality Mark (IQM) and to be recognised as a
Centre of Excellence.
This award reflects our unwavering commitment to ensuring every child feels they belong and has the

opportunity to thrive – whatever their background, ability, or needs.
At Rosebrook, inclusion is not a policy – it’s a culture. A place where diversity is celebrated, barriers are
broken down, and everyone is welcome.

Living Our DREAM Values Every Day
Our values of Determination, Respect, Enthusiasm, Ambition, and Mindset have shone through
in everything we’ve done this year – from classroom learning and sporting events to creative
projects and community celebrations.
We’ve seen our pupils grow in confi dence, resilience, and kindness – supporting each other,
celebrating differences, and striving to be the best they can be.

None of this would be possible without our parents and carers. The encouragement, involvement, and belief in our vision
make all the difference. Together, we’ve created a school where every child can dream big and achieve even bigger.
