The Trust Board in their 2021 Strategic Plan have planned, small, restricted growth over the next three years. If you are seriously considering joining an Academy Trust, it is important to note that every Trust is different and unique. You need to determine what is best for your school. We would be more than happy to undertake any of the following;

• Hold discussions with key colleagues on the educational landscape and the benefits of being within a Multi-Academy Trust including importantly what you would bring to our Multi-Academy Trust.
• Undertake informal visits to your leadership team and governing body and talk about the Ad Astra vision and offer.
• Invite members of your leadership team and governing body to visit schools in the Trust and meet our headteachers, Trustees and members of the central team.
• Consider a partnership agreement with Ad Astra and use some of our services such as School Improvement, HR and Estates to assure you of the quality and support available.

As a Trust we strongly believe as Michael Fullan (2007) said that ‘Isolation is the enemy of improvement’ in Ad Astra we believe in ‘Maximising the Togetherness’.
